Introduction: Graves’ disease (GD) is an autoimmune disorder of the thyroid gland, which is characterisied by a breakdown in immune tolerance. The lymphocytic infiltration of the thyroid leads to production of autioantibodies targeting thyroid stimulating hormone receptor (TSHR).
